Hi Janet- I’m no weight loss expert, and everyone’s bodies are different. I think the key to long lasting weight loss is the creation of new habits and routines. Visual cues help, too. Like leaving your exercise shoes by your front door or treadmill. Buying healthier snack foods when you get the munchies. Teaching yourself to drink more water versus bubbly drinks. Enlisting family/friends to support you on your weight loss journey. Keep an inspiration page on your computer of people you admire and who inspire you. For example, I used to have a bunch of photos on my computer of Tim McGraw, the country music star. Because he inspired me. He quit drinking, changed his diet, and got into crossfit type training. He completely changed his health and looks for the better. Hang in there, and hopefully a few of these suggestions are helpful to you!
